Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service provide an extensive range of health services at more than 30 regional, rural and remote facilities across a geographical area of 142,900 square kilometres. The service goes as far as Tully in the South, Cow Bay in the North and Croydon in the west. Rural hospitals in the Cairns and Hinterland region form a network of small to medium facilities that deliver essential healthcare to their local communities managing a broad range of conditions. We are seeking motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses to join rural health facilities across the Cairns and Hinterland region, delivering essential care to our regional communities.

About your role:

Work under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Assist with medication administration within scope and legislation

Support implementation of care plans developed by the RN

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using digital health systems

Participate in teamwork and contribute to a positive care environment
