What you'll do
- Provide hands-on support for ICT project delivery activities including infrastructure deployments, endpoint rollouts, telephony upgrades / replacement program, network equipment replacement programs, testing, cutovers, asset validation, and transition-to-BAU activities.
- Maintain a sound technical understanding of networking, telephony, server infrastructure, and endpoint management technologies to effectively engage with technical teams, identify delivery risks, support issue resolution, and contribute to implementation planning.
- Monitor and coordinate project deliverables, milestones, RFCs, incidents, defects, and remediation activities, ensuring accurate reporting, timely escalation, and successful delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, project managers, and operational support teams to validate technical documentation, implementation schedules, configuration records, asset information, and operational readiness requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in technical planning, CAB, implementation, testing, cutover, transition-to-BAU, and decommissioning activities, coordinating work packages, technical dependencies, change management activities, stakeholder communications, and project governance requirements.
- Support the review and interpretation of technical designs, implementation plans, and project documentation to ensure alignment with operational standards, support requirements, and organisational objectives.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of high quality customer service in a large complex environment.
- Proven high level oral and written communication skills and a high-level ability to apply contemporary leadership principles to develop and maintain effective relationships within both the project team and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience and high level knowledge to design and coordinate small to medium scale projects, including the planning, scheduling and tracking of project activities and deliverables, utilising available project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills and an ability to work unsupervised whilst coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
- Demonstrated ability or the ability to quickly learn ServiceNow and ITIL Service Management processes (primarily incident / problem / change / config management)
- Proven experience in the use of computers and software packages (eg MS Office, Visio, MS Project)
