We're looking for a driven and innovative Senior Advisor – Leadership and Capability Lead to play a key role in strengthening how leadership shows up across the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). This is your opportunity to design and embed leadership frameworks, programs and uplift initiatives that have real organisational impact.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time role and is located in the Brisbane CBD with generous flexible working arrangements.

The role of the Senior Advisor - Leadership and Capability leads the design and delivery of the RTA's leadership framework, translating strategy into practical, high-impact initiatives that grow confident, capable and future-ready leaders. 

You'll partner closely with leaders across the organisation to uplift capability, embed consistent leadership expectations, and drive a high-performing, values-led culture. 

To be successful you will need: 

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs, frameworks and targeted capability uplift initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and organisational performance 
  • The ability to support translating organisational priorities into practical, scalable solutions 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end leadership development programs for emerging, frontline and senior leaders 
  • Experience in organisational development, capability uplift or leadership coaching 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the confidence to influence and advise leaders at all levels 
  • A passion for building high-performing, inclusive leadership cultures
  • Experience in leveraging data and insights to identify capability gaps, measure impact and continuously improve offerings.
