The purpose of this role is to provide pathology support services through specimen collection, specimen reception, laboratory processing and referral activities, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of diagnostic services to patients and clinicians.
What you'll do
In this role you will provide expert advice to leaders on staff wellbeing and psychosocial risk management, design and implement wellbeing strategies and initiatives, deliver psychoeducation and resilience-building programs, utilise advanced psychological skills to assess and respond to workplace wellbeing concerns, contribute to trauma-informed service delivery practices, prepare reports and recommendations for leadership, collaborate with workplace safety and wellbeing stakeholders, and foster a culture of wellbeing, self-care and psychological safety across the organisation.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Holds qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with relevant registration or professional eligibility requirements
- Has experience supporting workforce wellbeing within complex organisational environments
- Demonstrates expertise in trauma-informed practice and psychological wellbeing
- Can provide high-level advice, coaching and consultation to leaders and teams
- Has strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Can design and deliver wellbeing, resilience and organisational support initiatives that create meaningful outcomes for staff
