What your day could look like
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of a team that delivers care that truly matters—to patients, families, and the wider community. In a region known for its welcoming lifestyle and strong connections, your role goes beyond clinical care; you'll help create positive experiences and outcomes people remember.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Delivering thoughtful, person-centred care that supports recovery, comfort and dignity
- Partnering with nurses and healthcare teams to create seamless, high-quality patient journeys
- Using your clinical judgement to monitor progress and respond with care and confidence
- Building a safe and supportive environment through collaboration, communication and continuous learning
Let's talk about you!
You're someone who sees nursing as more than a job—it's how you care for people and contribute to your community. You bring compassion to every interaction, act with integrity in your decisions, and respect the dignity of every patient you support. You're curious, open to learning, and willing to step forward when it counts. Whether you're helping a patient feel at ease or supporting your team during a busy shift, you take pride in the difference you make.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration (or eligibility) as an Enrolled Nurse with no medication restrictions
- Confidence delivering safe, evidence-based care within a team environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, respectful approach
- Commitment to learning, growth and maintaining high standards of care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience across varied clinical environments and/or additional skills such as intravenous therapy.
Above all, you're motivated by purpose—drawn to a role where you can grow, feel connected, and contribute to a team that lives its values of compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage every day.
