Your Role
- Support teachers by preparing and providing up-to-date information on work programs, educational trends, and career pathways, while contributing to student wellbeing and development through curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships between schools, employers, training providers, and the wider community to support student transitions into further education, training, and employment.
- Coordinate and manage work experience and vocational education programs, including student placements, workplace monitoring, compliance requirements, and recruitment to training and employment opportunities.
- Deliver high-level administrative and client support, including reception duties, confidential correspondence, newsletters, data entry, information requests, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor, track, analyse, and report on student achievement, vocational education outcomes, and pathway data using departmental systems and reporting tools such as OneSchool, Power BI, Excel, and Access.
- Work collaboratively with school leadership and staff to develop business plans, promotional materials, performance reporting tools, information sessions, SET Plans, QCAA reporting, and other curriculum-related initiatives.
