An exciting opportunity is currently available for an experienced Clinical Nurse (Clinical Coach) to join the Short Term Transition Unit at the Palm Lake Bargara within the WBHHS. As the Clinical Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting nursing staff, graduate nurses and students through clinical leadership, education, mentoring and workforce development initiatives. Working alongside the Nurse Unit Manager and multidisciplinary team, you will foster a positive learning culture that promotes excellence in patient-centred care.

- Coach and actively guide and encourage nursing / midwifery staff towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Develop, foster, and encourage a culture of learning through mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing / midwifery staff through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $83,551 p.a., comprising salary rates $68,387 - $73,228 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1) (Permanent Part Time, 45.6 hours p.f.)
