Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you will provide efficient administrative support that contributes to safe, organised, and consumer-focused service delivery. You will play a key role in supporting clinical teams and ensuring consumers receive a professional and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for consumers, carers, and stakeholders accessing the service.
- Coordinating appointments, managing communications, and issuing SMS appointment reminders.
- Maintaining accurate records, data entry, and documentation in line with service requirements and legislative obligations.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support including meeting coordination, minute taking, fleet management, mail handling, and general office administration.
About you:
You are a highly organised and customer-focused administration professional who thrives in a busy environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.
You will bring:
- Strong administrative skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and other contemporary business systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and work independently when required.
- Sound problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise discretion and judgement in daily tasks.
