In this role, you'll manage a fast-paced, high-volume knowledge function that equips frontline teams with the information they need to deliver quality outcomes. Working across the business, you'll ensure procedures, guidance and resources are accurate, accessible and delivered at pace to meet operational demand, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape how knowledge is managed and leveraged to improve outcomes across QPT. This is a temporary opportunity available statewide up to 15 December 2026.

- Strong ability to organise, structure and maintain content so it is accurate, accessible and user-friendly.
- Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to capture and translate complex information into usable knowledge.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to information governance, quality and consistency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and improve knowledge processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
