About your role
As a Food Services Officer – Barista, you will provide safe, efficient and high-quality food and beverage services across Redland Hospital.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages
- Deliver excellent customer service in retail areas
- Assist with meal preparation and food service activities
- Support kitchen, ward and café operations as required
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards
- Operate coffee equipment and report maintenance issue
About you
You are passionate about customer service and working as part of a team.
You will demonstrate:
- Experience preparing quality coffee and beverages
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
- Commitment to safe food handling and hygiene practices
- Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Flexibility to work across different food service areas
- Understanding of food safety principles is highly regarded
