About the role

Provide advanced clinical nursing care within Ward 2C at The Prince Charles Hospital, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with a range of acute and complex conditions. Working within Surgery and Critical Care, this role focuses particularly on orthopaedic patients, including elective joint replacement and complex arthroplasty cases, within a multidisciplinary team environment.

As a Clinical Nurse, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy while providing clinical leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff in complex situations. You will apply advanced assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to manage patient care, contribute to education and quality improvement initiatives, and support safe, patient-centred outcomes across the unit.
