About the School

Bellbird Park State Secondary College is a modern and rapidly growing secondary school in Ipswich, catering for students in Years 7-12.

About the Role

The role requires high organisation skills along with multitasking, effective communication, teamwork and time management for a busy office environment.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Signing students in/out
  • First aid administration
  • Parent communication
  • Record administration
  • Administering medication
  • Support to college leaders
  • Consent manager entry
  • Support to Administration Office and Attendance Officer.

One School knowledge is preferred, further training will be provided as required.
