As Senior Infrastructure Officer you will contribute to Information and Technology Services by delivering technical support, development and implementation of ICT services, systems and infrastructure solutions across the department's environment. In this role you will be involved in projects from conception through to delivery, contributing to functional analysis and the development of technical requirements, and supporting the selection and implementation of appropriate technologies. You will work closely with developers and technical specialists to ensure solutions are effectively designed, implemented and supported.
You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure ICT services meet business requirements, while contributing to the ongoing improvement, security and reliability of the department's infrastructure and end-user computing environments.
