Hilder Road State School is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable and collaborative Inclusion Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an educator who is passionate about supporting diverse learners and working alongside staff, families and students to ensure every child can access, participate and succeed at school.

Job details

The successful applicant will play an important role in supporting inclusive practices across the school, including the development and implementation of reasonable adjustments, differentiated teaching strategies, individual support plans and evidence-informed interventions. Working closely with the leadership team, classroom teachers, support staff and families, the Inclusion Teacher will help build staff capability and contribute to a culture where all learners are known, valued and supported.
