This unique role gives you the rare space to practice with a high level of clinical autonomy while staying deeply connected to the specialist expertise of the Brisbane-based Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS).
Working within our sprawling regional footprint means your voice carries genuine weight, directly influencing how risk-focused consultation-liaison care is delivered to vulnerable populations across the Central Queensland and Central West catchments. You will join a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values collaborative practice—regularly debriefing, bouncing complex formulations off one another, and actively protecting your well-being through clinical supervision.
Best of all, a move to Rockhampton means leaving behind the soul-crushing city traffic for an affordable, outdoor-loving lifestyle where you can easily finish a rewarding day of practice and still have daylight left to head down to the Capricorn Coast.
