About the role
Provide senior clinical and operational leadership within the Referral Assessment and Navigation (RAN) Service, Community and Oral Health, leading the delivery of person-centred, culturally responsive services that support patient flow and access to care across Metro North Health. This role is accountable for the strategic planning, performance, and quality management of the RAN service line, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, service demand, and key performance indicators.
Working collaboratively with executive leaders, multidisciplinary teams, and external stakeholders, you will lead the development and implementation of service strategies that optimise access, coordination, and continuity of care. You will provide professional leadership to nursing teams while managing financial, human, and operational resources, driving service improvement, and influencing system-level outcomes across community, sub-acute, and acute care interfaces.
