Your new role:

As a senior finance leader, you will provide expert financial and business partnering services to the Divisional Executive Team, leading budgeting, performance reporting, activity-based funding, governance, contracts, and strategic planning. You will deliver high-level financial analysis and insights, support critical decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the effective management of resources to achieve sustainable financial, operational, and clinical outcomes. Working closely with executive and operational leaders, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational performance, financial accountability, and continuous improvement across a complex healthcare environment.

About you:

You are a strategic and influential finance leader with a proven ability to partner with executive and operational stakeholders, delivering insightful financial management, performance improvement, and resource optimisation outcomes within a large, complex healthcare or similarly dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, activity-based funding, performance reporting, governance, contracts, and financial management.
• Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Proven experience influencing executive and clinical leaders to achieve sustainable financial, operational, and service outcomes.
• Strong leadership capability with experience mentoring teams, driving accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling effective collaboration across multidisciplinary and executive environments.
