Provide executive leadership for Allied Health services across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service (TCHHS), driving strategic workforce planning, clinical governance, service innovation, and professional standards.

You will lead a diverse portfolio including Allied Health Operational Services, Workforce Development, Clinical Education, Child Development, Food Services, the Family Responsive Unit, and the NDIS Early Childhood Approach Program.

The role also oversees key strategic areas including disability and the NDIS, aged care, child protection, domestic and family violence, health promotion and prevention, and the First 2000 Days initiative, helping improve health and wellbeing outcomes across Torres Strait and Cape York.

You'll work alongside leaders, clinicians and communities to shape the future of healthcare across Torres Strait and Cape York, delivering meaningful improvements in service delivery and community wellbeing.
