Uniform Shop Convenor - Kingston State College

Kingston State College is seeking a dynamic and motivated Uniform Shop Convenor to play a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of the school uniform shop.
In this role, you will help ensure a well-managed and accessible range of uniforms is available to the school community at a reasonable cost, while also building and coordinating a strong network of community volunteers to
support the service.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vital school service, engage with families, and make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive school community.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.26FTE), 20 hours per fortnight.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
- Support the school's dress code standards.
- Manage uniform shop volunteers, including:
- Ensuring a positive work environment is maintained and volunteers are clear about tasks needing to be undertaken.
- Display of emergency procedures in a prominent place for volunteers and clients.
- Contribute to the preparation of rosters on a weekly basis.
- Monitor the uniform shop procedures in order to deliver an effective and efficient service that meets the needs of the Parents and Citizens' Association, students and school.
