Your opportunity:
- Coach and actively guide and encourage nursing / midwifery staff towards the delivery of quality care by promoting knowledge and skills for evidence-based and patient-focused clinical services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Develop, foster, and encourage a culture of learning through mentoring and preceptor support for all nursing / midwifery staff through all stages of the clinical journey, supporting timely resolution of clinical education needs and challenges.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $27,850 p.a., comprising salary rates $57.48 - $61.55 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Nurse Grade 6 (1)) (Permanent Part Time, 15.2 hours p.f.).
