What we're looking for
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrate high level clinical knowledge, skills and experience across the spectrum of acute inpatient physiotherapy practice.
- Support and respect team members, communicating effectively, be flexible and demonstrate a commitment to the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated knowledge and commitment to quality processes and evidence-based practices, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to these improvements, with an ability to apply established and evidence-based principles to complex Physiotherapy clinical services.
- Consistently and enthusiastically delivers a high level of client service.
- Proactively manages own continuous learning and development.
Mandatory Requirements
- Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16
- Mandatory qualifications are possession of a qualification in Physiotherapy from a registered tertiary institution. Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency with a current registration from the Physiotherapy Board of Australia is essential. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
