You're a confident and compassionate clinician who brings both expertise and heart to your work. You think critically, communicate clearly, and build strong relationships that support people through their recovery journey. You take pride in delivering care that is respectful, evidence-based, and empowering—making a real difference in people's lives every day. You're not just providing care, you're helping individuals regain stability, confidence and connection within their community.
Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate national board
- Strong experience in mental health care, including assessment, case management and care coordination
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Advanced clinical judgement, communication skills and commitment to safe, high-quality care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you bring experience working in rural or community settings and/or postgraduate qualifications or credentials in mental health nursing.
