Your new role:
As the Clinical Nurse Consultant – Early Psychosis, you will provide advanced clinical leadership and specialist expertise within a dynamic community mental health team. Working collaboratively with consumers, families and multidisciplinary partners, you will drive high-quality, person-centred care and support service excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Provide expert clinical leadership and advanced nursing practice in early psychosis and youth mental health.
- Deliver direct and indirect care while supporting recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions.
- Lead quality improvement, education, mentoring and service development initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, high-quality outcomes for young people and their families.
About you:
You are a compassionate and experienced mental health nurse who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving outcomes for young people experiencing psychosis.
You will bring:
- Advanced clinical knowledge and experience in mental health nursing and recovery-oriented practice.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting education, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.
- A commitment to person-centred care, continuous improvement and multidisciplinary teamwork.
