Your new role:
As a Business Support Officer, you will work closely with Business Managers and the Finance Manager to deliver high-quality financial and operational support across the division. From budget monitoring, reporting and financial analysis to contract administration, procurement activities and business case development, you will help ensure the efficient management of resources and the integrity of financial systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and analytical professional who enjoys working collaboratively, solving problems and contributing to the success of healthcare services through strong business and financial management practices.
About you:
You are a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial and business support.
- Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, reporting and analysis, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to build productive relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to coordinate competing priorities, maintain financial system integrity and deliver accurate outcomes within tight timeframes.
- Proficiency in financial and reporting systems, including Excel and enterprise finance applications, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
