About us:
Subacute, Ambulatory and Community Services reports under Rockhampton Capricorn Coast and Mount Morgan. The aim of the Division is to support integrated models of care across the continuum of health care focusing on alternatives to hospital care, pre and post discharge planning and to ensure integration with community-based partner organisations and acute services.
SACS Business Services Unit delivers comprehensive corporate support services to various multidisciplinary business units within SACS, as well as to co-located business units within the Community Health Building precinct. Our suite of services includes but are not limited to; administrative support services, clinical and corporate records management, clinical information management, purchasing, pool fleet management and facilities management.
About the role:
- Organise meetings, conferences and workshops through direct consultation. Arrange travel, accommodation and catering in a cost-effective manner.
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support including but not limited to: work processing, data entry, report preparation, correspondence management and other administrative duties.
- Maintain effective communication with customers, staff and stakeholders of all levels in order to achieve organisational goals.
- Process accounts payable ensuring accurate and timely processing, resolve account queries and organise credits where applicable.
About you:
- Demonstrated expertise in a broad range of administrative functions including a comprehensive knowledge of procurement and accounts payable practices.
- Demonstrated planning, organisational and time management skills that would enable this position to work unsupervised, meeting deadlines and established work priorities.
- A high level of interpersonal communication, consultation, negotiation skills – demonstrated across a multidisciplinary and changing team environment.
- Demonstrated computer competence using PC's, iPads and Surface Pro technology with particular capability using the modern suite of MS applications, other health specific databases and information systems in office management.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $100,585 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
