The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of strategic projects and initiatives within the Medical Imaging Central Support Unit, providing expert project advice, governance support, research, analysis and stakeholder engagement to improve statewide medical imaging services.
What you'll do
In this role you will lead and coordinate strategic projects and service improvement initiatives, establish governance frameworks and stakeholder networks, undertake research and complex analysis, prepare high-quality reports, submissions, briefing notes and correspondence, provide expert advice to senior leaders, support procurement and workforce planning activities, evaluate business processes and service models, manage relationships across government and external organisations, and contribute to the ongoing development of Queensland's medical imaging services.

- Has experience leading complex projects, programs or strategic initiatives
- Can provide high-level advice based on research, analysis and evidence
- Has exceptional stakeholder engagement, consultation and negotiation skills
- Can prepare high-quality briefs, reports and executive correspondence
- Has strong governance, project management and organisational skills
- Can navigate complex environments and deliver outcomes through collaboration and influence
