About your opportunity
The Single Aged Care Assessment System is a multi-disciplinary team providing assessment services to older Queenslanders in the community. The assessment system aims to simplify and improve access to aged care services. The assessment framework is designed to streamline the assessment process and enhance the overall experience for our older Queenslanders.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Salary range: $79,272 to $88,158 p.a. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
Requirements:
Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
- Mandatory requirement of a Certificate III in Home Care or Aged Care or equivalent work experience.
- Highly desirable a Certificate IV in Health Service Assistance/Allied Health Assistance.
- Under s25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 (Qld), there is a genuine occupational requirement for the incumbent to be Indigenous to the Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community.
- Attend and complete all mandatory training as outlined in the National Training Strategy 2023.
- Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a class C motor vehicle and an appropriate license endorsement to operate this vehicle is required.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
