The ideal applicant will:
- Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of the Special Education Program
- Support teachers to implement inclusive, differentiated teaching practices
- Monitor student progress and use data to inform decision-making
- Work closely with families, specialists, and external agencies
- Promote a culture of high expectations and inclusion across the school
