Your new role:
As a Clinical Nurse within the Medical Imaging Department, you will provide advanced nursing care, clinical leadership and expert coordination for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures. Working autonomously and collaboratively, you will help drive high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting service improvement, education and professional excellence.
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for patients with complex care needs across a range of medical imaging services.
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship and support to nursing staff, students and the multidisciplinary team to promote best practice and positive patient outcomes.
- Coordinate patient flow, resources and service delivery within a busy 24/7 Medical Imaging environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, education programs and research activities that support innovation and service excellence.
About you:
You are an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
- Advanced clinical assessment, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex patient care and competing priorities.
- Proven leadership, communication and mentoring capabilities, with experience supporting staff development and fostering collaborative team environments.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, evidence-based practice, quality initiatives and achieving excellent patient care outcomes.
