About the role
Provide advanced research coordination and leadership within the Centre for Medical Officer Recruitment and Education (CMORE), supporting the development of research capability for Resident Medical Officers at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This role focuses on establishing and delivering a structured research support service, enabling junior medical staff to undertake research and quality improvement activities that contribute to clinical practice and service outcomes.
You will work collaboratively with Research Services, clinicians, and external partners to design and deliver research education, support project development, and guide ethics and governance processes. The role involves leading the implementation and evaluation of research initiatives, fostering a research culture, and building sustainable systems that support ongoing research engagement and professional development for medical staff.
