Tullawong State High School is seeking an experienced and strategic Deputy Principal to lead school improvement initiatives, support the Year 7/8 cohort, and drive excellence in teaching, learning and curriculum delivery.

About the School

Located in Caboolture within the Moreton Bay region, Tullawong State High School offers convenient access to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, combining the benefits of a growing regional centre with a connected community environment.

About the Role

As Deputy Principal, you will work collaboratively with the Principal, Executive Leadership Team and school community to deliver high-quality educational outcomes for all students.

You will lead the Year 7 and 8 cohort, driving student engagement, wellbeing and achievement. You will also lead whole-school priorities in curriculum resourcing, teaching and learning improvement, and the effective use of school resources to support student success.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will contribute to strategic planning, build staff capability, strengthen community partnerships and implement departmental priorities. Knowledge and experience in timetabling would be advantageous, however is not essential.

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capability, champion inclusive practices and lead sustainable school improvement within a collaborative team environment.
