We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Secondary Teacher (Years 11-12) to deliver engaging and individualised learning programs for students in a special education setting. The successful applicant will support students to develop academic, vocational, social, and independent living skills while preparing them for successful post-school transitions.
A key focus of the role is facilitating career education, work readiness programs, VET pathways, and work experience opportunities for students in year 11 &12 in a special school setting. The teacher will work collaboratively with families, support agencies, employers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective transition plans. Strong skills in differentiated teaching, relationship building, communication, and fostering inclusive learning environments are essential.
