About your role:
- Provide high-quality confidential executive support to the Chief Medical Officer.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines in an environment of conflicting priorities.
- Undertake investigation, research and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
- Assist in the preparation of briefing notes and draft responses to correspondence for consideration of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Manage correspondence and other actions on behalf of the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide efficient secretariat and logistical support to allocated committees, working groups and events/functions.
