An exciting opportunity currently exists for you to join the Chief Medical Officer team as an Executive Support Officer. You will be responsible for managing the office of the Chief Medical Officer providing high quality, confidential, administrative and executive support.

About your role:

  • Provide high-quality confidential executive support to the Chief Medical Officer.
  • High level organisational skills and the ability to establish work priorities and meet deadlines in an environment of conflicting priorities.
  • Undertake investigation, research and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of briefing notes and draft responses to correspondence for consideration of the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Manage correspondence and other actions on behalf of the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Provide efficient secretariat and logistical support to allocated committees, working groups and events/functions.
