Join the Games Infrastructure (Venues and Villages) team and play a pivotal role in delivering Queensland’s 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games legacy. As Director, Games Infrastructure Policy, you will lead strategic policy and legislative development to support major infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with Government priorities.
This role requires strong critical thinking, strategic leadership and the ability to build enduring relationships across government and key stakeholders. You will provide high-level advice, oversee legislation and infrastructure agreements, and lead complex stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
With a focus on governance, accountability and outcomes, you will deliver highquality briefings and guide policy and legislative processes to support successful Games delivery, contributing to a lasting impact for Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, customer-focused environment where no two days are the same. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Provide project administration and coordination support across a range of infrastructure initiatives, including scheduling, reporting, stakeholder engagement, governance and documentation.
• Deliver high-quality business support across human resources, finance, procurement, travel, records management and related corporate services.
• Support project managers by undertaking analysis, monitoring activities and contributing to project reporting and governance requirements.
• Coordinate internal business requests, ensuring appropriate approvals, delegations and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare and contribute to briefing materials, reports, submissions and other documentation that supports executive and government decision-making.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships across the department, government agencies and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and service delivery while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and professional team environment.
