Your new role:
This Cardiac Imaging Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to develop advanced expertise across multiple cardiac imaging modalities within a high-performing cardiology service. Working across Logan Hospital and Princess Alexandra Hospital, you'll play a key role in delivering specialist imaging services while contributing to education, research and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and supervise cardiac CT, cardiac MRI, echocardiography and transoesophageal echocardiography procedures.
- Manage a dedicated weekly clinic and contribute to multidisciplinary patient care and treatment planning.
- Participate in research projects, quality improvement initiatives and educational activities.
- Support the development of junior medical staff and medical students through teaching and mentoring.
About you:
You are an emerging or qualified cardiology specialist with a passion for cardiac imaging, research and education. You thrive in collaborative clinical environments and are committed to delivering evidence-based patient care.
Skills & Experience
- Advanced Training in Cardiology completed or nearing completion through the RACP.
- Experience or strong interest in multimodality cardiac imaging, including CT, MRI and echocardiography.
- Demonstrated commitment to research, education and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and patient-centred care skills.

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
