Your new role:
As a Mental Health Allied Health Clinician with Mental Health CALL Tele Triage Unit, you will provide compassionate, patient-centred tele triage services and support consumers, families and carers through assessment, intervention and referral pathways. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to service improvement, clinical education and the delivery of high-quality mental health care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, interventions and care planning within an interprofessional team.
- Provide patient education, crisis support, referrals and discharge planning using evidence-based practice.
- Participate in quality improvement, research activities and the development of clinical practices.
- Support students and less experienced staff while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
