Join the Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services as a Mental Health Clinician within the MH CALL Tele Triage Unit and provide high-quality mental health tele triage services to Queenslanders. As a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker, you will deliver evidence-based assessment, intervention and support while working alongside experienced clinicians in a collaborative, 24/7 service.

Your new role:

As a Mental Health Allied Health Clinician with Mental Health CALL Tele Triage Unit, you will provide compassionate, patient-centred tele triage services and support consumers, families and carers through assessment, intervention and referral pathways. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to service improvement, clinical education and the delivery of high-quality mental health care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments, interventions and care planning within an interprofessional team.
• Provide patient education, crisis support, referrals and discharge planning using evidence-based practice.
• Participate in quality improvement, research activities and the development of clinical practices.
• Support students and less experienced staff while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
