Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
- Base salary range: $87,368 to $112,064 p.a. (f/t) (Nurse Grade5)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Annual professional development allowance + dedicated PD leave
- Plus great salary packaging options to increase take-home pay
About your opportunity
In this role, you will practice both independently and interdependently, contributing to the delivery of care within a clinical environment.
You will assume accountability and responsibility for your own actions and for the delegation of care to enrolled nurses, assistants in nursing, and healthcare workers. This requires sound professional judgement and a clear understanding of your scope of practice.
As you build experience in the role, you will demonstrate increasing autonomy and exercise higher levels of professional judgement in the clinical environment, progressing from a beginning practitioner to a more experienced clinician.
