- Salary range: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h. (AO3)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred customer service to patients, their families, and members of the public. You will play a key role in supporting patient access and flow by providing accurate and timely administrative services across patient intake, admissions, bookings, and discharge processes.
Working collaboratively within a team environment, you will build positive relationships with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders, using effective communication and sound judgement to respond to enquiries and resolve routine issues. You will also use a range of patient and corporate information systems to ensure accurate data entry and adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
You will contribute to a supportive and values-based workplace by working cooperatively, adapting to changing demands, and supporting team members where required. The role requires strong organisational skills, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and achieve team and organisational outcomes.
