About you:
In your new role you will......
- Work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, nursing staff, dietitians, speech pathologists and food services to meet individual patient's dietary needs using required technology.
- Apply basic nutrition principles to guide menu choices and optimise patient care.
- Collate meal orders for general and therapeutic diets in order in inform food production schedules and communicate with chefs regarding the requirement for specialised food items.
- Manage nutrition support stock, including unpacking, labelling and delivery to wards and patients.
