About Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse within the Emergency Department, you'll provide advanced clinical leadership, expert patient care and support a collaborative team environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical care to adult and paediatric emergency patients
• Coordinate and lead nursing teams during shifts
• Support clinical education and development of nursing staff
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Participate in service development and evidence-based practice
• Contribute to portfolio and leadership responsibilities

About You

You are an experienced emergency nurse who thrives in a dynamic clinical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. 

Skills & Experience

• Significant emergency nursing experience
• Advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and mentor nursing teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Redland Hospital is the major health centre for adults and children in the Redlands and Brisbane's southern bayside suburbs. We provide a range of services including emergency care, primary health and minor injury care, acute and subacute medicine, general surgery, maternity and paediatric, mental specialist outpatient and mental health care.
