About the Role:

  • Helping staff and students with technical issues and questions.
  • Supporting student and staff devices in our BYOD environment.
  • Setting up and maintaining computers, printers, classroom technology and other equipment.
  • Assisting with software installations, user accounts and system maintenance.
  • Working with teachers and school leaders to support learning through technology.
  • Managing support requests and helping to keep our ICT resources organised and up to date.
  • Collaborating with regional ICT support teams when required.
  • We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with technology.
  • TO2 appointees must have possession of a diploma qualification relevant to the tasks outlined, from a recognised tertiary institution or qualification which, in the opinion of the Direct-General, Department of Education or delegate is acceptable.

  • Is organised, reliable and able to manage a range of tasks.

  • Has a genuine interest in technology and learning new skills.
  • Experience in a school environment is helpful but not essential.
