About the role
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position, including contemporary human resource management requirement practices, such as workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
- Operate as professionally responsible to the Deputy Clinical Director Surgery (Ophthalmology)
- Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals
- Provide specialist Ophthalmology surgery services for patients undergoing procedures at STARS within individual Scope of Clinical Practice (SoCP) and STARS Clinical Services Capability Framework (CSCF)
