About us:
Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service covers an area of 142,900 square kilometres. Cairns Hospital is the largest major hospital in Far North Queensland, caring for patients from the Mossman/Port Douglas to Tully in the south and out to Croydon in the west.
About you:
In your new role you will......
- Undertake statistical analysis of operational reporting across all streams of activity.
- Utilise analysed statistical information to inform decision making and drive systematic use of analytical data for decision making by managers.
- Prepare, analyse and disseminate high quality reports for internal operational reporting and business case development.
- Assist in the providing of activity reports to management/clinicians on a regular basis so that strategic organisational planning processes can be developed and implemented.
- Preparation, monitoring and analysing of activity information and report outcomes against performance objectives, benchmarks and business plans. This includes the development and submission of reports and the provision of recommendations when performance variations occur in areas such as financial and clinical activity, key performance indicators, quality activities and health outcomes.
