In this role, you will lead a team delivering deceased estate administration services, while managing complex and sensitive estates. You will provide expert advice to customers and stakeholders, mentor staff, and ensure performance and service outcomes are achieved.
This temporary part-time role (2 days per week) is based in Toowoomba, from 31 August 2026 through to 27 August 2027. The successful candidate will be required to work Thursdays and Fridays.

About you
You are a confident and capable leader with a strong background in customer service, financial administration OR estate management, who can manage complexity while supporting and developing others.
You will bring:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring staff to achieve performance and service outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex or sensitive matters, ideally in deceased estates, trust administration or conveyancing.
- Strong customer focus, including managing escalations and providing clear professional advice.
- Sound financial and administrative capability, including reviewing statements of account and ensuring compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex caseloads.
