Your opportunity:
- The purpose of this role is to deliver quality Social Work services to patients, families and carers of the Fraser Coast including Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals to optimise their psychosocial outcomes and to achieve maximum benefits, within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- This position will provide clinical Social Work services to allocated wards as directed by the Director of Social Work.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $66,283.50 p.a., comprising salary between $39.87 - $58.60 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Permanent Part Time, 38 hours p.f.)
