About the role
Provide advanced clinical care as a Nurse Practitioner within the Medical Flow Initiative Team, delivering high-level assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients within the Internal Medicine and Aged Care service at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This role operates at an extended scope of practice, combining autonomous clinical decision-making with collaborative multidisciplinary care to support complex patient needs and improve service flow and patient outcomes.
You will lead and support innovative nurse-led models of care, contributing to improved patient access, timely decision making, and enhanced care coordination. The role also incorporates clinical leadership, research, education, and quality improvement activities to promote evidence-based practice and continuous service development.
