Your new role:
You'll provide expert consultancy and strategic leadership to deliver innovative allied health initiatives across Bayside Health Service. Working closely with the Director of Allied Health and key stakeholders, you'll lead workforce development, service improvement and digital transformation projects that strengthen patient-centred care, optimise service delivery and build a sustainable allied health workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to influence organisational strategy, lead change, and deliver meaningful improvements across hospital and community healthcare settings.
About you:
You're an experienced allied health leader who is passionate about driving innovation, workforce capability and service improvement to deliver better outcomes for patients and healthcare teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading strategic projects, service redesign and workforce development initiatives in a complex healthcare environment.
- Advanced ability to build collaborative partnerships, influence stakeholders and lead change across multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary allied health practice, digital health solutions and innovative models of care.
- Highly developed analytical, project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing high-level reports, briefs and recommendations for senior leaders.
