Your new role:
You will play a key part in delivering fair, accurate and compliant rosters that support safe, high‑quality care across Redlands Residential Care.
As the Roster Support Officer, you will:
- Provide end‑to‑end rostering support, ensuring compliance with awards, EBAs and Queensland Health rostering policies.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities for the casual nursing pool, including advertising, scheduling and pre‑employment checks.
- Manage daily staffing needs such as sick leave notifications and allocation of clinical staff to maintain service continuity.
- Support establishment management tasks including leave verification, employee movement requests, recurring allowances and technical system assistance.

You are organised, proactive and thrive in a fast‑paced environment where accuracy and communication matter.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn awards, EBAs and organisational rostering policies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve rostering and workforce management issues.
- High‑level organisational skills and resilience to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with nursing management, staff and stakeholders.
