About the role
Provide advanced clinical and educational leadership as a Nurse Educator within Intensive Care Services at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. This role focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing education programs, supporting the development of clinical capability and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care within a complex intensive care environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating education initiatives, supporting workforce development, and fostering a learning culture that promotes continuous professional growth. Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, the role contributes to maintaining clinical standards, enhancing staff competence, and supporting safe, effective patient care delivery.
