The purpose of the Principal Advisor role is to support the Manager and Director, Executive Services to deliver a cohesive, coordinated central hub. This includes efficient and effective business systems and reporting processes to coordinate, monitor, review and deliver ministerial and agency documents, activities and significant projects that support TIQ's strategic direction.

Our Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

• Leadership skills, advisory skills, interpersonal skills (including experience working with culturally diverse colleagues and clients).
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and implement change in a client facing environment.
• High level analytical skills and acumen to manage complex problems
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills and has a high level of resilience while operating in a high-pressured environment with competing priorities.

While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, practical experience in international business and/or qualifications in international business or a related discipline will be well regarded.
